An agency-approved biologist will monitor all construction activities, and also within the buffers established under PLANT-003, Exclusion Buffer Establishment. Any non-disturbance exclusion zones will be established, maintained and monitored. The biologist will ensure that loss of specialstatus plants or destruction of their habitat does not occur outside of the project footprint.
