To avoid or minimize effects on the Alameda whipsnake and its habitat, construction and ground disturbance will occur only during daytime hours, will cease no less than 30 minutes before sunset, and may not begin again earlier than 30 minutes after sunrise. If nighttime work is needed, the Project Proponent should explain in the ESA Section 7(a)(2) Review Form why it is needed, along with any additional protection measures that may be appropriate, for review and approval by the USFWS Field Office. A Qualified Biologist will inspect the site prior to vehicle operation and will monitor construction activities.
