As part of the initial submittal requirements, a dewatering and fish capture and relocation plan will be given to NMFS as an additional part of the project description, so that any activities involving the handling of protected fishes may be reviewed and modified if necessary (see “Initial Project Screening” Sub-Section starting on Page 11 in Program Administration section in the following document (https://suscon.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/2018-08-31-NOAA-Restoration-Centers-Central-Valley-BiOp.pdf).
