Dust control measures will be implemented to prevent the transport of soil from exposed surfaces to vernal pool, swale, and rock pool habitat. Sprinkling with water will not be done in excess, to minimize the potential for non-stormwater discharge. No application of water for dust suppression or other purposes will occur within or adjacent to vernal pool habitat without additional measures in place such as barriers and use of low flow water truck nozzles to keep water out of potential vernal pool Branchiopoda habitat during the dry season.
