Habitat Buffer
An exclusionary buffer will be established between noise-generating project activities and occupied, or presumed occupied, habitat. The buffer distance will be determined by the USFWS-Approved Biologist in coordination with the respective USFWS Field Office/S7 Delegated Authority Program. A Project Proponent may choose to submit in their ESA Section 7(a)(2) Review Form with their own analysis and buffer recommendations for the USFWS’ consideration.
