Herbicide Application Reporting
The licensed applicator will keep a record of all plants/areas treated, amounts and types of herbicide used, and dates of application, and pesticide application reports must be completed within 24 hours of application and submitted to applicable agencies for review. Wind and other weather data will be monitored and reported for all application reports.
