Construction will occur between June 1 and November 30. Revegetation activities, including soil preparation, may extend beyond November 30, if necessary, to better ensure successful plant establishment during the onset of winter precipitation. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis only if justified and if precipitation sufficient to produce runoff is not forecast to occur during any of the above activities, and if approved by the NOAA RC, Corps and NMFS.
