Work will not begin until all necessary permits and authorizations have been issued (e.g., USACE, USFWS, NMFS, State and/or Regional Boards, or CDFW). The Project Proponent will ensure that a readily available copy of the applicable agency permits and authorizations (e.g., USFWS PBO, NMFS PBO, or Section 404 permit) is maintained by the construction foreperson/manager on the project site for the duration of project activities.
