Upon completion of construction activities, any diversions or barriers to flow will be removed in a manner that will allow flow to resume with the least disturbance to the substrate and consideration of turbidity levels. Alteration of creek beds will be minimized to the maximum extent possible; any imported material that is not part of the project design will be removed from stream beds upon completion of the project.
