Reporting
The USFWS-Approved Biologist will provide a written summary of work performed (including biological survey and monitoring results), BMPs implemented (e.g., use of biological monitoring, flagging of work areas, or erosion and sedimentation controls), and supporting photographs of each stage to the appropriate USFWS Office. Furthermore, the documentation describing Covered Species surveys and relocation efforts (if appropriate) will be completed in accordance with the requirements of FISH-3, Fish Capture and Relocation.
