All projects that are required to obtain coverage under the NPDES General Order for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction and Land Disturbance Activities (Construction General Order) will prepare and implement a site-specific storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), as required by the Construction General Order.
